Organic yogurt producer Stonyfield Farm will host a Strong Women Summit November 14-16 at Mohonk Mountain House, near New Paltz, New York, Proceeds will benefit the Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. Hoping "to educate and motivate women to believe that positive thinking and activism begin with health, good nutrition, exercise and attitude," the summit will feature Erin Brockovich, the Hinkley, California, legal assistant who helped win a settlement against Pacific, Gas & Electric, leading to a popular Julia Roberts movie.
