Although this information was absent from the second edition of the Feldman and Schellmann catalogue, it was documented in Neil Printz and Remo Guidieri, Andy Warhol: Death and Disasters (Houston: The Menil Collection and Houston Fine Art Press, 1988), 118-21. The print catalogue's entry would greatly have been improved by an appended transcription of Greer's text, which is also not provided in the de Menil catalogue.
