Choosing a printer
Question: I am interested in getting your opinion of Canon photo printers.
Currently I have a Canon Pixma IP3000 which is less than two years old and which apparently has a print head that has failed.
I have been in contact Canon tech support, but still do not get true color printing.
I can get a replacement print head from Canon, but they do not guarantee that replacing the print head will solve the problem, and the replacement print head is not sold with any sort of warranty.
I can get a new Canon Pixma IP 4200 with a new printer warranty, but I am interested in knowing whether or not I should stay with Canon or switch to another manufacturer. - Leonard Blum
