Mitsubishi Rayon of Japan plans to invest in a MMA plant in Guangdong Huizhou CNOOC-Shell Petrochemical Base. The project will launch construction in the middle of this year and be completed at the end of 2005. The investment of the project is around 80 million U.S. dollars.
