According to the circular given by relevant Russian departments to CNPC, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mikhailovich Kasyanov presided over a government working conference held on March 13. The conference discussed the development of oil! gas resources in the East Siberia and the Far East of Russia and defined the Russian crude oil export pipeline scheme.
