Industry: Email Alert RSS FeedSilicon microarray technology for printing DNA and protein microarrays.(January's Technology)
Bioscience Technology, January, 2005
Micromachined silicon toolset is offered for printing DNA and protein microarrays. This design improves pin-to-pin uniformity, eliminates pre-spotting, and reduces dead volume, carryover and 'missing spot' phenomena. This simple design, comprised of a printhead and pins, is readily compatible with all commercial microarrayers.
