eBay’s own listing form has improved a lot, and for a seller with 20 items it’s often all you need. Somewhere past a few hundred listings, though, the hours spent on titles, item specifics, relists, and offers start to outweigh the cost of software.

I’ve compared the eBay listing software that sellers use most today, from free native tools to desktop programs built for thousands of SKUs, with pricing checked in September 2026.

Nifty is the best eBay listing software in 2026 for resellers, because it writes listings with AI, recreates stale listings and sends offers to watchers automatically, and crosslists the same items to Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, and Whatnot. 3Dsellers suits high-volume eBay automation, SixBit and WonderLister give desktop-level bulk control, Vendoo and List Perfectly are crosslisting alternatives, Sellbrite syncs inventory for multichannel stores, and eBay Seller Hub is the free native option. InkFrog, once a common pick, shut down in 2026, so its users are choosing among these competitors now.

Software Best for Starting price (as of Sept 2026) Platform
Nifty Resellers listing on eBay and beyond $25/mo (eBay automation) Web, cloud
3Dsellers High-volume eBay automation $19/mo Web
SixBit Advanced inventory control $29.99/mo Windows desktop
WonderLister Bulk listing edits $25/mo Windows desktop, browser
Vendoo Beginner crosslisting $14.99/mo Web, mobile
List Perfectly Widest marketplace reach $29/mo Web + browser extension
Sellbrite Multichannel inventory sync Free up to 30 orders Web
eBay Seller Hub Native eBay management Free Web, mobile

How I compared eBay listing software

Listing speed is table stakes now, so I looked past it to the work that follows a listing.

Creation. How much of a title, description, and item specifics the tool fills in for you, and how well bulk edits work.

Upkeep. Whether it helps with relisting, offers, and stale inventory after the listing goes live.

Reach. Whether it can push the same item to other marketplaces when eBay isn’t the only place you sell.

Cost and setup. The price of the tier you’d use and whether it needs a dedicated computer.

1. Nifty: best eBay listing software for resellers

This is the pick for a secondhand seller who lists on eBay and wants the same inventory selling on other marketplaces too.

Best for: resellers with one-of-a-kind items across eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, and Whatnot.

The platform generates titles and descriptions with AI and fills in each marketplace’s fields from one listing, then keeps working after an item goes live.

On eBay it can recreate Good ‘Til Cancelled listings 30 minutes before eBay’s monthly renewal, giving them a fresh listing ID, and it sends offers automatically to buyers who newly watch an item.

When something sells anywhere, the sale is detected within 15 minutes and can be delisted from your other marketplaces on its own. All of it runs in the cloud, so your computer can be off.

Price (as of September 2026): eBay Automation alone is $25 a month, Crosslisting Plus is $39.99, and Bundle Plus with crosslisting and automation for Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, and Depop is $69.99. Annual plans save up to 12%, and there’s a 7-day free trial.

Downside: it’s built for resellers, so multi-variant items don’t qualify for automatic delisting, and sellers managing large new-goods catalogs with variations may want a tool made for SKU-heavy stores.

2. 3Dsellers: best for high-volume eBay automation

3Dsellers is the tool I’d look at first for an eBay-focused business that manages several accounts or a big catalog.

Best for: large eBay stores that also sell on channels like Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, or Shopify.

It bills itself as an all-in-one AI eBay selling manager, with a Listing Designer for templates, bulk listing tools, and feedback automation. Plans scale by active listings, from 100 on the entry tier to 50,000+ on Professional.

Price (as of September 2026): Essential is $19 a month for 100 listings and one eBay account, Growth is $39.90 for 500 listings and two accounts, and Professional starts at $79. Annual billing lowers each tier, and the 7-day free trial needs no credit card.

Downside: the multichannel catalog and unlimited accounts are Professional-only, and the helpdesk ($19 a month per agent) and AI bulk actions (from $9 a month) cost extra.

3. SixBit: best for advanced listing and inventory control

SixBit is desktop software for sellers who want every setting in reach, even offline.

Best for: established eBay sellers, including parts sellers who manage fitments and shops that handle consignment.

It runs locally on Windows, supports the US, UK, Canadian, and Australian eBay sites, and connects to Etsy on every plan, with Shopify on the Enterprise tiers.

Price (as of September 2026): Home & Hobby is $29.99 a month, Small Business $49.99, and Enterprise $99.99, with higher Duo and Max tiers. New customers get 30 days free.

Downside: it needs Windows 8 or newer, so Mac users are out, and selling on a second eBay site or channel takes the $139.99 Enterprise Duo plan.

4. WonderLister: best for bulk listing edits

WonderLister is built for sellers who change prices, policies, and descriptions across hundreds of listings at once.

Best for: high-volume, eBay-only sellers, including those listing across multiple eBay country sites.

It focuses entirely on eBay, with bulk editing, scheduling, and automatic relisting, and it supports more than 25 eBay country sites.

Price (as of September 2026): plans start at $25 a month on Beginner and climb to $750 on Diamond, with a 5% processing fee added. First-time subscribers get a 15-day trial, with bulk operations capped at 25 items during it.

Downside: the desktop edition runs on Windows only, with no Mac build (a browser edition exists), and it can’t list on any marketplace besides eBay.

5. Vendoo: best eBay listing software for beginner crosslisters

Vendoo makes the jump from eBay-only to several marketplaces feel manageable.

Best for: newer sellers importing eBay listings and pushing them to other sites for the first time.

It imports existing listings and crossposts across a dozen marketplaces, including Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Whatnot, and Grailed. The Growth plan adds AI listing enhancement and bulk actions on up to 240 listings at a time.

Price (as of September 2026): Starter $14.99, Growth $29.99, and Pro $59.99 a month, with a 14-day trial and no free plan.

Downside: automatic offers and marketplace sharing are Pro-only, and a Shopify connection adds $9.99 a month.

6. List Perfectly: best for reaching the most marketplaces from eBay

List Perfectly suits eBay sellers who also list on niche sites.

Best for: sellers spreading inventory from eBay to Grailed, Vestiaire, Facebook Marketplace, and similar sites.

It crosslists to 13 marketplaces with unlimited crosslisting on every plan, plus an AI Listing Assistant.

Price (as of September 2026): $29, $49, $69, or $99+ a month, with a 5-day or 100-listing money-back guarantee in place of a free trial.

Downside: automatic delisting is limited to the Pro Plus plan and needs your device on with the browser extension running.

7. Sellbrite: best for multichannel inventory sync

Sellbrite, owned by GoDaddy, is built for product brands selling the same stock on eBay and other channels.

Best for: stores selling new goods across eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, and similar channels.

It syncs inventory and prices across those channels every 15 minutes on paid plans, and it can connect to Amazon FBA.

Price (as of September 2026): a Forever Free plan covers up to 30 orders, and paid plans are $29, $79, or $179 a month depending on order volume. The 14-day trial needs no credit card.

Downside: plans are priced by order count and upgrade automatically if you go over. It also doesn’t connect to Poshmark, Mercari, or Depop, which limits it for secondhand resellers.

8. eBay Seller Hub: best free eBay listing software

Seller Hub is where every eBay seller should start, and plenty never leave.

Best for: new and low-volume sellers who list only on eBay.

eBay’s listing tools now include an AI description helper and background removal in the app, and the Bulk Listing Tool can create, relist, or revise multiple listings at once. Product Research, the tool formerly branded Terapeak, is free under the Research tab.

Price: free.

Downside: it works on eBay only, drafts expire after 75 days, and it won’t send automatic offers or delist items that sell elsewhere.

Which eBay listing software fits your business?

If you sell only on eBay and list under a few hundred items, Seller Hub is enough. Add software when repeat work starts eating your week.

Large eBay-only stores tend to land on 3Dsellers, SixBit, or WonderLister, depending on whether they want web automation or desktop control.

Resellers who also sell on Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, or Etsy get more from a crosslister, and the ones who want relisting and offers automated too should look at an all-in-one platform.

Where eBay listing software goes next

Listing creation is close to solved, with AI writing titles and item specifics from a few photos. The next round of competition is about what software does after a listing goes live.

I expect relisting, offer timing, and cross-marketplace delisting to become the features sellers compare first, since that’s where the hours go once creation takes seconds.

FAQ

What happened to InkFrog?

InkFrog shut down in 2026, and its website now redirects to Wix, so former users need a new eBay listing tool. Sellers who used it for templates and bulk listing can move to a desktop tool like SixBit or WonderLister, or to a web platform with AI listing generation.

Does eBay charge for Seller Hub?

No, eBay Seller Hub is free for all eBay sellers. It includes the advanced listing tool, order management, and performance reports at no extra cost.

Can eBay listing software relist items automatically?

Yes, several eBay listing tools can relist or recreate listings on a schedule. Some end and re-create Good ‘Til Cancelled listings to give them a fresh listing ID, which counts against your monthly listing allowance.
