Only 14% of employees consistently realize net-positive outcomes. The good news: organizations that treat saved time as a strategic resource and redesign workflows around AI are keeping the upside.

Upskill teams on prompt craft, verification techniques, and domain-specific standards. That cultural shift is the difference between net-new capacity and an endless editing queue.
