Try This With Hand Towels

Skip the rack, and create these cute arrangements in just minutes. The secret? Use everyday containers in a new way.

1. We loved this idea when a talented stylist planted it in our heads. Place two rolled-up hand towels in a ceramic flower pot. Let a third towel drape casually over the side.

2. Give a storage box a new job. Fold hand towels in thirds, and file them away in the box. (You could also use decorative paper hand towels, available at Bed, Bath & Beyond and other home stores.) Don't forget to add a label on the front as a finishing touch.

3. We used a vintage metal milk crate from an antiques store to make this style statement. Roll up colorful hand towels, one for each slot and include a pretty soap dispenser.

4. Don't let an extra wine rack sit in your kitchen with nothing to hold. Rolled hand towels fit perfectly into the spaces.
