Madison HGCD closes Sean John deal

Madison HGCD, a leading retail brokerage firm, announced that it has closed a deal to bring Sean John to a 3,500 square foot store at 475 Fifth Avenue at 41st Street in Manhattan. The store will be Sean John's first and will serve as the company's flagship retail location.

Madison HGCD's Executive managing director Virginia Pittarelli and Barry Lewen of B.C. Lewen Realty represented the landlord, 475 Fifth Avenue Limited Partnership, on the deal, along with Richard B. Hodos, president of Madison HGCD and Stephen Stephanou, Madison HGCD's Executive Vice President. Madison HGCD is the exclusive retail broker for 475 Fifth Ave.

"Sean John has long wanted to establish a retail presence in New York City," said Pittarelli. "However, they wanted to make sure the space was something special and that it would represent the brand in an exciting way. 475 Fifth is definitely that space."
