Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc. announced that Tim Kucha has joined the firm as managing director and member of its strategic tenant representation team. In his new position, Kucha will be responsible for transaction management for large corporations through out United States.

Prior to joining Newmark & Company, Kucha served as senior director of Plymouth Partners, Ltd. His list of clients includes such firms as Getty Images, TSE Cashmere, and City Harvest. Kucha is a recipient of the Real Estate Board of New York's Most Ingenious Deal of the Year award.

Kucha holds a B.A. in advertising from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
