Community Builder Award Ceremony
Oct. 30 - Phipps Houses, the largest developer of affordable housing in New York, and its human services affiliate Phipps Community Development Corporation, will host its annual "Community Builder" award ceremony at Cipriani, 110 East 42nd St. The reception begins at 6:30 p.m. and the dinner and awards presentation begins at 7:30 p.m. Florence A. Davis, President of The Starr Foundation and Thomas A. Renyi, Chairman and CEO of The Bank of New York Company, Inc. and The Bank of New York, will be honored at a reception and dinner benefiting Phipps Community Development Corporation (CDC). Funds raised by the dinner will support Phipps CDC's educational, social, vocational and community development programs.
