Toma Industries and Q-Tickles announces the merger of their two companies. Lisa Cocuzza, president of Q-Tickles, and Benny Borsakian, president of Toma Industries, are excited about the merger.

"This merger takes Q-Tickles to the next level," said Cocuzza. "Now Q-Tickles will be available to more beauty salons and beauty supplies, giving me more time to concentrate on developing even more exciting products for the line."

The merger with Toma Industries will not change the "boutiqueness" of the Q-Tickles products.
