Boneless wings return to Zaxby's

ATHENS, GA. -- Zaxby's, a fast-casual chain based here, has brought back its boneless wings. The company said that during a 13-week promotion of the wings in 2006, same-store guest traffic increased by 10 percent.

This year they are available through the end of March at all of the chain's more than 400 stores.

The "wings" are made from marinated chicken breast fried in crispy coating and tossed in a sweet and spicy glaze with flavors of citrus, ginger and chile peppers.

Zaxby's restaurants are in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
