> According to a new study from the Harvard School of Public Health, eating foods high in magnesium, like spinach, oat bran, and beans, may reduce your risk of diabetes. When researchers at the school tracked the diets of 43,000 men over a period of 12 years, they found that men with the lowest magnesium intake had up to a 30% greater risk of the disease than men with higher levels of magnesium in their diet.
