A study by UC Irvine and the Georgia Institute of Technology shows that the high you get from running and the one pot smokers get from lighting up are the same--and are caused by similar changes in brain chemistry. Researchers report that just an hour of mild to moderate running or biking may be enough to leave you with a natural (legal) high.
