CPID Galaxy Awards. www.psa.csd.org

PSA Journal,  Dec, 2006  by Dana Vannoy

Evelyn Greaves, FPSA, EPSA, Director Photographic Society of America (PSA) members may continue to earn Stars and Galaxies in the Color Slide Division--now called the Color Projected Image Division--with both slides and digital images! Now have slide and digital image acceptances in CPID exhibitions verified for Star ratings. When acceptances are gained from Color Projected Image Division exhibitions, whether they are dual projection exhibitions, slide exhibitions, or digital exhibitions, they may be applied for Star and Galaxy credit within the Color Projected Image Division.

The same image may be used only as a slide OR a digital image in CPID exhibitions and thus applied toward Star credit accordingly. The same image may not be entered in different sections of the same exhibition and, according to the entry conditions of the exhibition, may or may not be entered again in any section of succeeding exhibitions.

As always PSA members may enter an image in the exhibitions of different divisions of PSA, but all acceptances for star credits stay within the division in which they are earned.
