I am pleased to announce that as from October 14, 2005, Ke Zhang has been appointed an International Representative of the Photographic Society of America (PSA) in Shanghai, China.

Ms. Zhang studied in PLA Foreign Languages College 1994-1997; she obtained the SR. Photographer of the National Professional Competence Certificate of China 2003-2004.

She managed the 6th and 7th China-Shanghai Photographic Art Exhibitions which were recognized by PSA and RPS in 2002 and 2004. Her major works involve the application to PSA for recognition, and invitation of foreign photographic works to be presented in Shanghai. She also connects with international judges for scheduling judging. Currently, Ms Zhang is the office manager of the Shanghai Photographers' Association, and is preparing the 7th China-Shanghai Photographic Art Exhibition of 2006.
