Electronic Imaging Division is the newest division in PSA and has a wide and ever-expanding variety of services for all PSA members.
The primary function of the Electronic Imaging Division is furnishing services to PSA members who use digital imaging techniques as a tool in their still photography or videography processes. The volunteer workers who administer these services and activities stand ready to provide assistance.

Product Information
The EID Product Information service is a digital imaging software and hardware information clinic where members can get advice on these issues to meet their needs. Members are encouraged to submit their requests to Gerald Siegel, siegelhwd@aol.com. Members can also submit questions to the On-Line Forum.
EID On-Line Forum
The EID On-Line Forum (http://psa-eid.org/ forum/) is a web-based community center for comments, questions and announcements related to the PSA Electronic Imaging Division and serves as a conduit for all Photographic Society of America members to discuss electronic imaging issues. In addition to serving as a discussion community, the EID On-line Forum provides an opportunity for PSA Officers, Directors and Chairpersons to communicate timely announcements about PSA services, activities and events.
The EID On-Line Forum is maintained by the EID Director of On-line Services, Dennis Gershick.

Study Groups
The Electronic Imaging Division has taken the traditional PSA Study Group to the new frontier, the Internet. EID Study Group members have their images evaluated by their peers in near real-time. Viewing of the Study Group images and their accompanying evaluations are available to the entire PSA internet community by public access, thus providing a global learning environment. Instructional Materials (Tutorials)
The EID Instructional Materials service maintains a rental library of digital imaging tutorials. The rental program provides PSA members with an opportunity to learn digital imaging techniques in their own homes and study at their own pace. A selection of VHS videotapes is available from the Director of Instructional Materials, Richard E. Kolson, APSA, rkolson@ieee.org.
Gallery of Nations
The Gallery of Nations is an EID website featuring renowned PSA members from a variety of countries. A biography and image example is included for each featured PSA member. EID Creative Competition for Individuals
The EID Creative Competition for Individuals (EID-CCI) is open to all PSA members. The competition consists of three sessions each year (February, June and October). Each entrant may submit up to four images via the Internet in each session for a maximum of twelve images per competition year. Awards are Best of Show and Honorable Mentions in each session. The Best of Show and Honorable Mentions are displayed on the competition website following each session. A special award for the entrant with the most accumulated points for all three sessions is presented after the final session is judged.
