Photo Travel - Brief Article

PSA Journal,  March, 2003  by Robert B. Gorrill

The February Photo Travel (PT) Division Interclub Competition was judged by the Salt Creek Camera Club near Downer's Grove, Illinois and the results will be published after they have been tabulated and recorded. The PT Slide Study Group is making its rounds and information should have been received the first part of February.

The Photo Travel Division website has now been moved to the main PSA website and is directly accessed from the main page. There has been a slight design change to be compatible with the rest of the PSA website's pages and we hope that you will like the new look. I would like to have more FY Division members' images online and would appreciate your sending them to me either by e-mail to rgorrill@photo-ne.com or by mail to my home address. I can scan prints up to 8x10 in size and also can scan both 35mm and medium format transparencies and negatives. Be sure to include sufficient first class postage so that I can return your images. If you choose to scan your own images please do so at 72 ppi and sized to 5" at the longest dimension.

One change to note is that I will not be able to receive e-mail messages addressed to me at rgorrill@tidewater.net.

Be sure to send me your news items for inclusion in this column about events that would be of interest to all of our division members. You can send by e-mail or by regular mail. My mailing address is 48 High St., Damariscotta, ME 04543-4632.
