Dante Bichette and Mike Stanley finally can say they went to the World Series.

The former major leaguers are on the coaching staff for the team from Maitland, Fla., that is representing the Southeast region in this week's Little League World Series. Their sons Dante Jr. (a pitcher and shortstop) and Tanner (a first baseman) play on the team.

Maitland advanced to the semifinals with two early wins in pool play last weekend. Who hit the 3-run blast to secure the win for Maitland in the first game? Why, Dante Jr., of course.
