Allergy miracle - Letters To The Editor - Letter to the Editor
Natural Health, Jan-Feb, 2002 by Claire Houston
I've had allergies for years. I read and implemented the program in Sinus Survival (Tarcher/Putnam, 2000) by Robert Ivker, D.O., and it helped, but only to a degree. Eventually I decided I should eliminate sodium laureth sulfate (a common ingredient found in cosmetics and other products).
It took me a long time to find acceptable replacements for everything, but I was successful. Within one day of eliminating this ingredient, I saw changes. Inside of a week, I was hardly suffering allergy symptoms during the height of ragweed season in the Northeast. Now, 14 days later, I feel like a person who doesn't have allergies. I find this so remarkable that I had to write to you and spread the word.
