At some point, I'll devote a whole column to search strategies on PubMed, the National Library of Medicine web database. For a brief but useful mini-tour, Enter: zinc add adhd in the PubMed search box. You'll find abstracts for several biomedical studies discussing the abatement of ADD and ADHD symptoms through nutrient consumption.
