AUGUST 2005, VOL 82, No 2, cover. The illustrated artificial discs on the cover should have been depicted at the L4-5 level. The labels anterior flexion and posterior extension were reversed. The Journal staff regrets the errors and any confusion they may have caused.

AUGUST 2005, VOL 82, No 2, page 249. The biographical statement for the author of "When resources are scarce, consider growing your own" should read: "Joann Geslak, RN, MBA, CNOR, is the director of perioperative services at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center, Pottstown, Pa. She was the Director of Perioperative Services at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, Pa, at the time this article was written."
