Groups scheduled to meet at Congress: Saturday, March 10, to Thursday, March 15, 2007

Many groups (eg, specialty assemblies, state councils, committees, reunion groups) officially organize at Congress each year. Ancillary meeting times and locations are available in Table 1 and also will be printed in the official Congress Program. Specialty assembly meeting dates and times can be found on page 375 in this Journal.

If your group needs a meeting room, you can obtain a meeting room request form online at http://www.aorn.org/congress/2007/attendees/ program.asp#rental. Follow the instructions on the form to submit a request for a meeting room. Due to space constraints, all requests received after Nov 30, 2006, will be filled on a space-available basis. Groups may schedule meetings on site by contacting personnel in the Headquarters Office at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.
