To save money on Congress registration, register early--either singly or with a group of friends or colleagues--via telephone, fax, mail, or AORN Online. If you choose to attend Pre-Congress, indicate which session(s) you plan to attend at the time of registration. Confirmations will be sent within 15 days of receipt of registration. If you have not received a confirmation after 15 days, please can AORN customer service at (800) 755-2676 x 1. Housing confirmations are sent separately by Quality Business Services (QBS).

WAYS TO REGISTER

There are four easy ways to register for Congress. You can

* call (800) 755-2676 x 1 in the United States and Canada or (303) 755-6304 x 1 outside the United States and Canada;

* register 24 hours a day online at http:// www.aorn.org/congress/2007/attendees /default.asp;

* send your registration via mail to AORN, Inc, C/S-Registration, 2170 S Parker Rd, Suite 300, Denver, CO 80231-5711; or

* send your registration via fax to (303) 750-3212.

Only credit card payments are accepted for registration online or via fax. Registrations received without a form of payment will not be processed.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION

Register early to take advantage of discounted rates. Registrations must be received at AORN Headquarters by Jan 26, 2007, for registrants to receive the Pre-Congress discounted rate (Table 1), the Congress discounted rate (Table 2), and exhibitor mailings. Individuals whose registrations are received after Jan 26 will not receive the discounted rate and will miss the opportunity to receive exhibitor mailings before Congress.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION HOURS

The following list indicates the times attendees can register on site for Pre-Congress or Congress.

* Saturday, March 10-7 to 10 AM (Pre-Congress registration only)

* Saturday, March 10-10 AM to 5 PM

* Sunday, March 11-6 AM to 5 PM

* Monday, March 12, to Wednesday, March 14-7 AM to 5 PM

* Thursday, March 15-7 AM to 2 PM

GROUP DISCOUNTS

To take advantage of the group discount, submit three or more registration forms at the same time with one form of payment (ie, one check or one credit card number). For example, if three registrations for the entire week of Congress are sent in at the early bird member rate, a single form of payment must be submitted for $1,275 (ie, 3 x $425), plus fees for additional activities selected (eg, Awards Dinner, Closing Celebration). Three or more registrations submitted at the same time with more than one check or credit card number will be assessed the regular weekly registration fee.

The discount applies only to the weekly fee for Congress. Group pricing is for members only and is available only during the early registration period (ie, until Jan 26, 2007). It is not available to nonmembers or any time after Jan 26.

STUDENTS AND FACULTY MEMBERS

Nursing students and school of nursing faculty members who wish to attend Congress should contact AORN for information and a registration form. Call AORN customer service at (800) 755-2676 x 1 or visit the AORN Congress web site at http://www.aorn.org/congress /2007/attendees/default.asp.

CANCELLATIONS

If notice of cancellation is received in writing by Feb 9, 2007, AORN will refund your registration fee. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for Congress cancellations, and a $20 administrative fee will be charged for Pre-Congress cancellations. Registration fees cannot be refunded after Feb 9, 2007.
