TOM COUGHLIN

Elected to Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. board of directors in 2001.
Wal-Mart tenure: 22 yrs.
Coughlin is responsible for all Wal-Mart Discount stores, Supercenters and Neighborhood Markets, as well as the loss prevention and marketing divisions of Wal-Mart stores.
JOHN MENZER
