The Bolognese would be proud

My friend walked into my house one day and said, "Is that Bolognese sauce? It smells so good!" Of course, in our vegetarian household, it wasn't; it was Stephanie's Vegan "Meat" Sauce, made without meat, wheat, dairy, or sugar. It's absolutely delicious on pasta, divine with tofu, great as a pseudo-Sloppy Joe, and incredible in lasagna! Even my meat-eating Italian friend agreed, it was the best-tasting sauce we've had in a while!
