MBAH Announces Nationwide Motorcycle Fleet Rental Insurance Program

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- National Motorcycle Dealers Association, a division of MBA Holdings Inc. (MBAH) of Scottsdale, Ariz., has announced the following:

National Motorcycle Dealers Association (NMDA) has signed a nationwide agreement to provide fleet motorcycle rental insurance for their association dealer members. This coverage will provide dealerships with a rental fleet with liability and collision coverage and the rental software to run their motorcycle rental fleet business of selected rental V-twin cruisers and touring motorcycles, such as dealers' big V-twins, Honda, Kawasaki, BMW, Suzuki, including many standard models from Big Dog, Victory, Independence and Care Free. This coverage will be underwritten by a noted international insurance company, with a United States A++ Best rating. It is estimated that the National Motorcycle Dealers Association's motorcycle rental market in 2005 could reach 4,000 to 5,000 rental units.

There are thousands of rental dealers across the nation. A rental program is a very important revenue stream for many dealerships. Expansion plans include rental operators in Canada in 2005.
