IntelliCorp Streamlines Front-Office to Back-Office Operations for

Compaq Improving Customer Satisfaction while Reducing Total Cost of

Ownership for their Enterprise Applications

IntelliCorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:INAI), a leading provider of eBusiness and CRM solutions today announced that IntelliCorp has successfully implemented SAP's(TM) Internet Pricing and Configurator (IPC) and integrated it with Siebel's(TM) front-office suite.

The solution implemented by IntelliCorp, enables Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE:CPQ) call center representatives to order personal computers in Siebel's front-office application utilizing SAP's IPC for pricing and configuration. Because the SAP IPC leverages existing back-office data, prices and configurations quoted at the point of sale are accurate.

According to Brian Hodgdon, Compaq project sponsor, "Their in-depth knowledge of the SAP Internet Pricing and Configuration Engine substantially contributed to our success, and their involvement helped ensure our effective deployment in an extremely complex environment spanning International boundaries."

Jeff Dalton, IntelliCorp Vice President stated, "Compaq's approach is excellent. Not only have they been able to reduce the costs of maintaining their enterprise applications, but they have also implemented and integrated applications that will ensure customer satisfaction."

Brian Hodgdon concluded, "IntelliCorp has been in the trenches with us since day one on this project. They bring exceptional technical skill and leadership to the table."
