Food certification Scotland has appointed Martin Gill as its executive director. Gill joined the Scottish outfit from FAO Eastfish, and Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations project to provide fish marketing and investment in Central and Eastern Europe. Gill takes over from Chris Absolon who is retiring.
