US ingredients firm International Flavours and Fragrances (IFF) has continued its divestment plans with the sale of its vegetable concentrate business.
IFF's compatriot Kerr Concentrates has agreed a deal for the vegetable business, which last year generated sales of some 24.1m [euro]. No financial details regarding the deal were given.
IFF said the divestment of the vegetable concentrates business reflected its renewed reorganisation and focus on its high-value core businesses.
