Independence Air to be launched by Atlantic Coast Airlines

Atlantic Coast Airlines is planning to launch its new low-fare carrier named Independence Air.
The new carrier will offer over 300 daily departures from Washington Dulles International Airport this summer. In May, the carrier is scheduled to hold a nationwide satellite news conference and launch celebration from Washington, during which it will unveil additional details of its launch plan to the public.
The details will include the carrier's destinations, pricing, schedules, and the opening of its reservation web site at http://www.FLYi.com.
