Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS) has cancelled its plans to purchase a stake in Lithuania's state-owned airline, Lithuanian Air.
According to an SAS spokesperson, the carrier dropped the plans as the size of the stake did not justify the expense.
Despite the cancellation the carrier is still planning to expand in the Baltic states.
