Vegetarian Times, April, 2003

The USDA pyramid includes red meat, as does Harvard's, which at least warns that the consumption of steaks and chops be "limited" Maybe next year Newsweek will recognize VT's Vegetarian Pyramid, which eliminates meat altogether. For a copy of the Vegetarian Pyramid, go to www.vegetariantimes.com.
